This began as a concept album in 2016, using the story of Orpheus to give me a way to practice producing the neo-classical style I had wanted to get back to for a long time. The story itself, being a classic Greek tragedy, I felt would lend itself nicely to a story album, and to hang the orchestral music from.

Almost as soon as I got started, I quickly discarded the storyline of Orpheus, preferring the relatively untold story of Eurydice.
